1974 graduate of Bloomfield Hills Andover, the University of Michigan, B.A. 1979, and the Detroit College of Law, J.D, 1986.
Prior to beginning my practice I was an intern to the late former Congressmen James G. O’Hara and James J. Blanchard, who later became governor. I was also a judicial clerk to the late Hon. Richard D. Kuhn, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge and Research Intern for the late Hon. Gene Schnelz, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge. I was a hearing panelist chairman for the Attorney Discipline Board, a former Special Assistant Attorney General, and I have taught business law at the University of Michigan. I am admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the State Bar of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
I have been engaged in estate planning and probate law for over thirty five years.
Happily married for over thirty years I had two adult children, one of whom has passed away. I am extremely fond of my dog, a schnoodle named Thor. My passions include playing chess, classic automobiles, and detective novels set in the United States, Britain, and Sweden. My practice is located in West Bloomfield, Oakland County MI. I look forward to serving you.
